Ash Street Inn Rates and Policies

The Ash Street Inn is one of New Hampshire's premier Bed and Breakfasts. Our current rates are as follows:

• $159 - $259 per night (plus tax). 10% discount off applicable rate for 5 consecutive nights.
• Corporate rates are available. Cancellation policy for corporate travelers is flexible. Call for details.
• Rates quoted are single/double occupancy and include a full breakfast. Maximum occupancy is two (2) persons per room. Cots and cribs are not available.
• Children and pets are not permitted. The Inn is not child-proof and allergies prevent pets from being accommodated.
• Cash, checks, VISA, AMEX, Master Card and Discover accepted.

Cancellation Policy:  Your business is very important to us.  Although we understand that changes to your plans can happen, cancellations impact us greatly.  Our intimate size dictates that we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy.  The credit card on file will be charged if a cancellation fee becomes necessary.

For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the planned arrival date, a $25/room/night charge will be assessed.  For cancellation received 7, or fewer, days prior to the planned arrival date, 50% of the total charge for the stay will be assessed.  For cancellations on the planned arrival date, or for a “no-show”, 100% of the total charge for the stay will be assessed.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy for extended stays (5 or more nights) or booking the entire inn (1 or more nights): A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.  The balance is due upon arrival. For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival, a $25/room/night charge will be assessed (any excess deposit will be returned).  For cancellations 14 days or less, the deposit will be forfeited. For no-show or cancellations the day of arrival 100% of total charge will be assessed.

Check-in time is 3:00 - 8:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please contact the innkeeper if you anticipate an early or late arrival/departure.

The Ash Street Inn is a non-smoking Inn. Smoking is permitted outside. Please be considerate of other guests by not smoking directly in front of open doors or windows.

Smoking indoors will result in additional charges of $100.00/room to clean and freshen the room.
