Afternoon Tea

Afternoon tea is now being served at the Ash Street Inn, Manchester’s premier Bed & Breakfast Inns. Join us at 2 PM on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday for a relaxing visit with your friends while enjoying home made pastries, fresh baked scones, seasonal fresh fruit and a wide variety of tea.

We offer regular teas, decaf teas and herbal teas for your pleasure and enjoyment. Coffee and punch are also available for those friends wanting to join in the festivities but are not tea drinkers.

Escape the rigors of daily life and relax in the casual elegance of an 1885 Victorian Inn. Soothing music plays in the background providing a comfortable ambiance while you catch up with old friends.

Two options are available. Enjoy tea and scones with the customary clotted cream, jam and lemon curd for $9.95, plus tax. Indulge in a traditional afternoon tea presentation of scones, tea sandwiches, savories and sweets with punch and tea for $16.95, plus tax.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling the innkeeper at 603-668-9908.

The Ash Street Inn can accommodate up to 10 guests for tea in the dining room.

During the Summer months we also offer afternoon tea outdoors on the wrap around porch. Join us for iced tea and a variety of goodies while you relax and “watch the world go by”.
